TOO OBSCURE TO MATTER
James Baldwin’s Notes of a Native Son was edited by fellow DeWitt Clinton High School alum and one-time Voice of America writer Sol Stein. Both worked on the school literary magazine with a guy named Avedon who took this nice picture of him.
