I got this reply from the same question I had with Uber support. They don’t even email the statements anymore either. Die Nummer hat auf jeden Fall Potenzial, richtig spannend zu werden. Zu begrüßen wäre es allemal, wenn dort deutlich mehr als 150m realisiert werden. Ausschließlich Büronutzung finde ich in Zeiten deutlich steigender Leerstände im Büroflächen-Segment etwas fragwürdig. Klar, das hier würde man als Premiumlage vermarkten und vermutlich nicht all zu schwer vermietet bekommen. Dennoch scheint mir eine Mischnutzung spontan vernünftiger.
