I had a bass tourney on Washington Stella a few weekends ago and several boats were able to make it throught the culvert. Some guys said going to Stella was easy but coming back was tough. Some guys said the opposite. I would advise caution because it is a long walk back to either access. The water can’t be more than a foot and a half deep.
