Reply: Hi pharmerbill, According to your description, when you visit state farm site, you get secure connection failed message. I tried to visit the website on my computer, it could work. We can do the following things to troubleshoot basic configurations. Open cmd, enter command ipconfig/all, see if the computer has an IP configuration.
