On December 8, Bulgaria’s National Assembly voted to override President Rumen Radev’s veto of an agreement between the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior and the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense on Bulgaria’s supply of used armored personnel carriers (APCs) to Ukraine, ratified by the parliament last month.
