JOSSICA - jossica.comI have instructed the IDF to prepare a plan to transfer all enforcement authorities concerning civilian matters among Israeli communities and the Israeli population in Judea and Samaria to the Israel Police.
“The IDF’s role is to fight Palestinian terrorism and focus on defending the borders and communities against threats. Full responsibility for enforcing civilian matters and maintaining law and order will be transferred to the Israel Police.”
Nearly 45,000 families have been affected, with 10,667 homes destroyed and 65,841 damaged. At least 127 buildings collapsed, while 2,136 schools, 1,178 community centers, 236 health facilities and five airports were damaged.
