PC shows “Connected” Android device shows “Couldn’t Connect”


I have recently been trying to steam my audio from my android phone (A Galaxy A21) to my Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth to hear both laptop and phone audio however when i connect them via Bluetooth while the PC says Connected but the phones says PC shows Couldn’t Connect .
