U.S. Navy Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) leads a formation of multinational warships in the Pacific Ocean near Hawaii during Exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2026 on July 22, 2026. Now in its 30th iteration, RIMPAC 2026 is the world’s largest international maritime exercise, bringing together 30 ships, 5 submarines, 190 aircraft, 15 national land forces, and approximately 30,000 personnel to enhance interoperability and strengthen partnerships across the Indo-Pacific.
