Unless you’re a fanatical racist, there’s no number of dead Palestinians that is “necessary”, and no “legitimate objective” that can justify it. And we know what Israel’s objective was: destroying Gaza and committing ethnic cleansing. That’s also why there is no “war in Gaza.” It’s a genocide.
When you accept the illegitimate premise that an occupying power can have a “legitimate objective” and slaughter a “necessary” number of occupied people, you’re engaging in genocide apologia.
