To confirm: the normalisation process between #Armenia and #Azerbaijan makes no specific mention of ethnic Armenians returning to their homes in #NagornoKarabakh, Baku, Sumgait, Kirovabad or any other area they lived prior to the early 1990s, Yerevan makes no explicit demand, while Baku proactively through govt-funded institutions and the “Western Azerbaijan” narrative demands the settlement of ethnic Azeris in such areas.
