Britain will ban imports from “illegal settlements” in the Judea and Samaria, sanction British firms financing settlement expansion, and sanction “violent settlers.” Miliband says the UK previously called the settlements illegal and now considers the occupation itself illegal.

He claims 65 Palestinian communities have been displaced since 2023 and that the UN reports an average of about 6 settler attacks on Palestinians per day. Miliband says the UK regards it as ethnic cleansing by settlers.
