Today in 1791, Lafayette orders the French National Guard to fire on demonstrators gathered on Paris’ Champ de Mars to sign a petition calling for the overthrow of King Louis XVI. Dozens are killed in what becomes known as the Champ de Mars Massacre. The bloodshed weakens support for constitutional monarchy and strengthens the republican cause.
People are not as dumb as you think @PressSec. Us peasants cannot, of the most part, be manipulated by feeble @whitehouse propaganda and disinformation.
Your election manipulation will not work because Trump is a dead duck on his last legs.
People are bored of his rally speech on perpetual repeat each time he speaks. And sick of his raping, his fraudulent activities, including stealing billions and pardoning fraudsters, rapists and pedophiles.
It’s also worth noting that U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on February 11 that all U.S. forces had been withdrawn from the al-Tanf garrison in southern Syria. No public announcements have indicated that U.S. forces have since returned, undercutting Iran’s claim.OSINTdefender (@sentdefender)Iranian state media outlet IRNA is claiming that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) carried out a surprise attack on a U.S. Special Operations compound in the al-Tanf area of Syria, alleging that several helicopters and a radar system were destroyed and that “a large number of Americans” were killed or wounded.
If confirmed, it would mark the first known Iranian attack on U.S. forces in Syria during the current war.
It should be noted that IRNA serves as a state media outlet for the Iranian government, and casualty and battle damage claims made by Iranian state media and the IRGC have frequently proven to be exaggerated or inaccurate during past conflicts.— https://x.com/sentdefender/status/2077980433040412799
