Problem with Outlook “oft.” Templates: I have a few hundred outlook “oft” templates that are each addressed to specific recipients (in the CC/BCC fields). This week I have had several of these emails go out, but I get delivery receipts that the email went to an employee that was not in the TO/CC/BCC fields.
