Meu notbook é um Positivo Intel modelo ZR3630. A um tempo atrás usava o windows 10 versão 1803 e as teclas de atalho Fn funcionavam perfeitamente. Mais desde que ataulaziei para a versão mais recente do windows 10 , começo a aparecer esse problema. Algumas teclas como diminuir volume, aumentar brilho, funcionam mais o resto não.
