U.S. President Donald J. Trump, during Friday’s meeting at the White House with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, declined a request to provide BGM-109 Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAM) to Ukraine, while suggested that he would give security guarantees to be both Russia and Ukraine, comments that the Ukrainian delegation found confusing, according to Reuters.
