I’ve been a renter since I left college dorms over a decade ago. My parents own (with a mortgage) a two bedroom condo in Florida, in a five or six story building. I have no vested interest in opposing Housing Abundance. I canvassed in Cambridge, MA for a renter-YIMBY candidate.

Admittedly, I haven’t messed around with any ’22-’26 Nissan, so I don’t know if they suck again. But they did have a few good years there after they fixed all of those issues they had for a decade. But for a while the west knew if you wanted jp, you stayed clear of Nissan.
