It’s you who is deflecting. Many Muslim Arabs with ancestry in the region chose to live peacefully with the Jews & have benefited greatly (peace, higher living standards etc). These include the Israeli Palestinians & those in Jordan. Hamas’s bellicosity did the opposite for them.
