The WW2 grandslam bomb was more than 2/3 the weight(22k lb) and could pen 40m of earth. The GBU-57 A/D is dropped from higher and likely has a more efficient shape for penetration thanks to computer modeling. I’m sure ground composition makes a big difference on those numbers.
