A USAF T-38 trainer overflew Washington Reagan Airport this afternoon, traveling close enough to set off the TCAS collision avoidance alarm on a departing Delta A319. The USAF jet headed over the airport at an altitude of roughly 800 feet and a speed of 380 MPH.
