Britain is preparing to host European leaders at a summit aiming to find a common position on ending Russia’s war against Ukraine. Ahead of that meeting, PM Keir Starmer hosted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and pledged nearly $3 billion to buy military equipment. The summit has been overshadowed by a bruising encounter between Zelenskyy and Donald Trump in the White House.
