Im not going to deny that Poso probably didn’t speak to anybody, but the post seems more like he was saying that the unit Matthew was with at the time in Afghanistan didn’t have the authority to order the strikes. Again there is plenty of evidence that the strikes did happen, but I think the doubt is whether Matthew was involved at all.
