Here’s one I do: mix together freshly ground linseeds (flax- use golden), almond slivers, other chopped nuts, lightly ground sunflower seeds, coconut, rolled oats, rolled barley flakes and saute lightly in macadamia oil. Then sweeten with AS of choice and sprinkle with cinnamon. I also add whey PI to this to make it more filling so that I eat less of it.
