The war strategies of the United States and Ukraine are different. Countries are currently developing a new one. Washington believes that Ukraine should focus on defense, building up its forces and preparing for a protracted war. Kyiv instead wants to go on the offensive in order to achieve more favorable conditions for negotiations with the Russian Federation.
