Of all the gangliosides examined, neurospheres displayed the highest GD2 expression and medium GD3 expression in flow cytometry, but they showed similar expression levels of GD2 and GD3 in MALDI-MS assays, indicating that the antibody-binding affinity for GD2 and GD3 is different.
