A couple of updates on the Unemployment PUA Case: We filed a pleading asking the court for leave to amend our complaint one more time to make it clear that the only thing we are asking the court to do is to order Governor DeWine to get the money from the US Department of Labor. If the DOL refuses we will file a new case in the Ohio Court of Claims.
