Keith Starmer obviously failed as PM of 🇬🇧, but on important foreign affairs he was overall a steady hand. Tried to maneuver Trump 🇺🇸, moved closer to 🇪🇺 and European partners and was strong on supporting 🇺🇦. His failure was on the domestic scene.
