Colombia: ICC prosecutor should explain closure of preliminary examination to victims

The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and the José Alvear Restrepo Lawyers Collective (CAJAR) ask the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to use his visit to Colombia to meet with victims who for more than 17 years transmitted information about international crimes that occurred in the country.
