24-year-old police investigator Mariana Checheliuk finally gets to tell her mother that she has just returned to Ukraine after 2 years in Russian prisons following after having been kidnapped by the Russians from Mariupol.

This is Mariana Checheliuk before and after 2 years in Russian captivity.

She was kidnapped by the Russians while trying to get out of Mariupol where she was working as a police investigator.
